ESOL US History Week of February 25 - March 1

We will begin Domain 4: The Gilded Age and Industrial Growth on Monday. This unit covers the end of the 1800s and the early 1900s. We will start with Cloze notes on Monday. The test over Domain 4 will be Friday, March 8.

ESOL American Literature Week of February 25 - March 1

We have two goals for the week: completing the Martin Luther King, Jr. "I Have a Dream" Rhetorical Analysis project and writing the persuasive speech. On Tuesday, we will be in the computer lab to work on the speech. Remember to follow the outline template in writing your speech.

ESOL World Literature Week of February 25 - March 1

We will be finishing Unit 2A on the Narrative and continuing with Persepolis. On Tuesday, we will go to the computer lab to work on the personal narrative. On Friday, we will have the Unit 2A test.

ESOL US History Week of February 11 - 15

We will be finishing Domain 3 this week. We will be focusing mostly on Reconstruction after the Civil War. The test for Domain 3 will be Friday. I will post the review game near the end of the week.

ESOL American Lit Week of February 11 - 15

We will be working on Speeches this week. On Monday, we will go to the Computer lab to work on a Webquest for Researching.

ESOL World Literature Week of February 11 - 15

We will start the week by going to the Computer Lab on Monday and finishing the Name Piece. The rest of the week, we will focus on Persepolis and readings from Springboard. We will have a vocab test on Thursday.

After the test on Monday, we will get started on Domain 3. It looks like we will still have class Tuesday and Wednesday after Access Testing, so we will continue working on Domain 3 the rest of the week.

On Monday, we will review for the Crucible test on Friday. I will post the review game to my blog after we play it on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday are Access testing. On Thursday, we will start on Unit 2 part B in the Springboard book.
